A reviewable delivery process

Make Decisions and Responsibilities Visible.

Showroom delivery includes more than a sequence of physical activities. It depends on timely information and decisions across design, fabrication, content and site work. Our project conversation uses those interfaces to establish a practical working plan.

Start with scope and decision dependencies

Identify the deliverables, appointed parties, review contacts and available site information. Mark what still requires a survey, design development or a client decision. These items should remain visible when the outline programme is discussed.

A single point of contact can coordinate the conversation, while the responsibility for specialist information and approvals remains explicitly assigned. This keeps integration from becoming an unclear promise that every possible task is included.

Review information before committing the next stage

Use the appropriate drawings, samples, content previews and technical information to review a defined question. Record what was approved, the current version and any comments that remain open.

The format depends on the project. A material decision may need a physical sample, while an interactive user path may need a working prototype. Decide what evidence is useful for the decision rather than treating every review as the same type of approval.

Coordinate progress reporting across work packages

Progress photographs and notes should relate to the agreed work areas and current programme. Separate completed work, work in progress, open interfaces and decisions needed from the client or another supplier.

A shared issue list helps connect an on-site observation with the drawing, media file or equipment item that needs a response. It also supports remote collaboration without relying on scattered messages as the only project record.

Agree what completion and handover will demonstrate

Define the operating sequence, agreed testing, documentation and training before the final review. Distinguish accepted items from outstanding work and assign an owner to each remaining issue.

Support arrangements, update responsibilities and any transfer of editable materials should be part of the agreed scope. There is no single warranty period, response time or handover package implied for every project shown on this website.
