Corporate showroom delivery
Corporate Showroom Design, Fit-Out and Fabrication in China.
DASHI DIGITAL works with brand teams and appointed designers to define corporate showroom projects in China. Discuss an integrated design-and-build scope, local fit-out from an existing scheme, or a custom exhibit fabrication package, with multimedia coordinated where required.
An integrated showroom design-and-build brief
Start with the audience, products and visitor route, then define spatial design development, construction detailing, custom exhibits and the media needed to explain them. A coordinated proposal should identify its deliverables, approval stages and work retained by the client or other specialists.
Compare the responsibilities in an integrated appointment with separate packages in our showroom delivery-model guide. The proposed scope, rather than the word turnkey alone, should establish who does each part.
Have a design and need a showroom fit-out contractor?
Share the drawing list, current revision, material references, site information and the role of the original designer. We can discuss design development, exhibit fabrication and installation requirements around your appointed team. Identify who prepares details, approves samples and signs off changes.
Use the existing-design fit-out checklist to separate construction-ready information from items still needing development or a site check.
Custom exhibits, cabinets and display fabrication
Define each display item by its purpose, dimensions, finishes, product samples and maintenance access. For exhibits containing screens or interactive devices, coordinate the equipment, mounting and access before manufacture. Review samples or representative assemblies against specific decisions.
Our exhibit fabrication procurement guide outlines the item schedule, review references and installation information that support a more useful quotation.
What should a showroom quotation include?
Ask for a readable breakdown of design development, fit-out, fabrication, content, equipment, integration and site delivery. Keep exclusions, allowances and client-provided items visible. A floor area without an exhibit schedule or site assumptions is not a complete basis for comparing prices.
See the showroom budget and cost-driver guide and quotation comparison checklist before selecting a proposal.
Relevant showroom and experience-center references
Explore the OFILM corporate showroom for products and digital explanation, INHE for a technology visitor route, and Smart Living for physical displays alongside digital information. Image captions distinguish project photographs, installation-stage views and concepts.
Use a reference to discuss a similar objective; the exact work packages and equipment for your project need their own agreement.
Start with a practical project enquiry
Send the city, current plans, approximate area, audience, design stage and intended opening window. Identify the packages you need and the teams already appointed. Add the exhibit list and an available budget range if known.
We can discuss projects across China from our Shenzhen base, with Hong Kong coordination. Site conditions, approvals, access, testing and handover responsibilities should be confirmed for the agreed package. Discuss your project scope.
